Pessure Tank Main Function:
The complete set of high-rise water supply pressure tank equipment generally consists of an automatic isolation valve (optional), a water source tank (or a pressure-bearing pool), a water pump unit, a pressure tank, and a frequency conversion control cabinet (including a control surface).

1. Automatic isolation valve or saving device (optional): used to isolate the municipal water source. The operation pressure can be set arbitrarily. When the municipal water source pressure is lower than this value, the equipment operation is blocked and the water supply is switched to the water source tank or pressurized pool. . You can also consider using low-priced energy-saving equipment to replace the isolation room, limit the maximum water inflow, and rely on water tanks to make up for the shortage of water supply.
2. Water source tank: When the tower less water supply equipment is running, the entire volume in the tank is filled with water. Since there is no compressed air energy storage, the buffering effect on various impacts and the dynamic compensation effect on the municipal water source are not as good as the buffer tank. However, when the municipal water source pressure is too low and the water supply (water supply) from the water source tank is greater than the water inflow, the water storage volume in the tank can be fully used to compensate for the lack of municipal water source.
When the water source tank provides compensation for water volume, the vacuum suppressor is used to automatically allow air to enter the tank, which can avoid negative pressure suction effects on the upper and lower pipe networks (the so-called no negative pressure, no suction stroke).
The water source tank can only be used in series with the water inlet pipeline.
3. Pressure-containing pool: Generally with a reinforced concrete structure, the operating principle is the same as that of a pressure tank. Because of its large volume, it has a good peak-shaving and valley-filling effect on municipal water supply, and is suitable for various municipal water source conditions across the country. When the municipal water supply network is cut off for some reason, the pressurized pool can provide water supply for a certain period of time, which is suitable for situations where customers require highly reliable water supply.
4. Water pump unit: Use our company’s water pump with non-overload characteristics. Its operating characteristics can adapt to large-scale pressure changes in municipal water sources and will not cause overload phenomena.
5. Pressure tank: Its function is the same as that of the pressure tank in the general secondary pressurized water supply equipment. In the standard product design, a diaphragm micro-pressure tank is used, and its pressure maintaining function is mainly used, which is conducive to the intelligent and automatic energy-saving control of the equipment.
6. Frequency conversion control cabinet: You can choose a full frequency conversion technology plan, that is, all water pumps are driven by variable frequency, or you can choose a partial frequency conversion technology plan (only one pump is driven by variable frequency speed regulation).
7. Bypass pipeline: If the municipal water supply usually meets the water and vapor needs, but the pressure is insufficient only when the water supply peaks, the bypass pipeline can be installed to automatically switch between direct municipal water supply and pressurized water supply.
