Pessure Tank

The pressure tank is used in a closed water circulation system to balance the water volume and pressure to avoid frequent opening of the safety valve and frequent water replenishment by the automatic water replenishment valve. In addition to containing the expansion water, the expansion tank can also function as a water replenishment tank. , the expansion tank is filled with nitrogen. In addition to containing the expansion water, the expansion tank can also function as a water replenishing tank. The expansion tank is flushed with nitrogen to obtain a larger volume to accommodate the expansion water. High and low pressure expansion tanks can be used Its own pressure is connected in parallel to replenish water to the pressure stabilizing system. Each control point of this device is an interlocking reaction, operates automatically, has a small pressure fluctuation range, is safe and reliable, energy-saving, and has good economic effects.
Product features:
There is no need to build a water tower, the investment is small, and it occupies a small area. It adopts automatic water and gas adjustment, automatic operation, energy saving and automatic tap water connection to the grid. It can still supply water after a power outage and does not require supervision for several years after commissioning. Compared with building a water tower, it saves 70% of investment, and compared with building a high-level water tank, it saves 60% of investment, which greatly saves civil construction investment.
Applicable countries
It is widely used in production, living and office water in enterprises, institutions, residential areas and rural areas. The number of water supply households ranges from 20 to 2,000. The daily water supply capacity is 20-50,000m3, and the water supply height reaches 150 meters. That is a 50-story building.Working Principle:
The pressure tank uses the compressibility of the air in the tank to adjust and store the amount of water and maintain the required pressure, so it is also called air pressure water supply equipment. Its function is equivalent to a water tower and a high-level pool. Since its water supply pressure is maintained by the compressed air in the tank, the installation height of the tank can be unrestricted. In addition, this kind of equipment has low investment, fast construction speed, easy demolition, great flexibility and high degree of automation. It is very suitable for water supply in small and medium-sized villages with sufficient water sources and normal power supply. However, its regulated water volume is small, the pressure decays quickly, the pump starts frequently, and the operating cost is high. It is not suitable for users who consume large amounts of water and require stable pressure.
Pressure tanks are generally installed between the water distribution pump and the pipe network. After the water pump is started, water is supplied to the pipe network. The excess water is stored in the tank and the water level in the tank rises. The air in the tank is compressed and the pressure increases accordingly. When the pressure in the tank reaches the specified upper limit pressure value, the indicator of the electric contact pressure gauge connected by the pipeline to the top of the tank connects to the upper limit contact, sends a signal, cuts off the power supply, and stops the pump. The user continues to use water, and the compressed air in the tank presses the water in the tank into the pipe network. The water level drops, and the air pressure in the tank also drops. When the pressure drops to the required lower limit pressure value, the indicator of the electric contact pressure gauge is connected to the lower limit contact, the relay is activated, the motor is connected to the power supply, and the water pump restarts. Under normal circumstances, the water pump can work without human control, and can adjust the number of starts and stops and working hours of the water pump according to changes in water consumption to ensure continuous water supply to the pipe network.
There are two types of pressure tanks: air supply type and diaphragm type. The air in the air-supplemented pressure tank is in direct contact with water. After a period of time, the air is reduced due to leakage and dissolution in water, so that the adjusted water volume gradually decreases. The water pump starts more and more frequently, so it needs to be replenished regularly.
Air replenishment methods include air compressor replenishment, water ejector replenishment, and regular air replenishment. The diaphragm pressure tank separates gas and water. The water is inside the rubber (plastic) bag, and the gap between the outside and the tank is prefilled with inert gas, usually ammonia. This kind of pressure tank does not have the problem of loss of aerosol and water. It can be inflated once and used for a long time without the need for an air compressor. Therefore, investment is saved, the system is simplified, and the scope of use is expanded.
