Vacuum Degasser

Vacuum degasser is a series of necessary equipment for degassing production lines such as dairy products and juices. The function of the vacuum degasser  is to remove air (oxygen) from the liquid, inhibit browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, fragrance components and other substances, and prevent quality degradation; remove suspended particulate gas attached to the material liquid and inhibit particulates Float to maintain a good appearance; prevent foaming from affecting sterilization during washing and high-temperature sterilization; and reduce corrosion to the inner wall of the container.

Device application:The vacuum de-gasser is matched with the ultra-high humidity instant sterilizer to achieve fully automatic control.

Vacuum degasser structure:It consists of a vacuum tank with a built-in special liquid distributor, an energy-saving vacuum pump, an equipment platform, an electric control box, and pipe fittings and valves.
